The MackRoller™ comes with a 30-Day, Money-Back Guarantee. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after thirty (30) days. The MackRoller™ must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of the shipping invoice in AS NEW condition. Price includes shipping within the Continental U.S. Please call our customer service number at 602-770-9013 for return and/or refund information.

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery, although shipment is usually sooner.

Lifetime Limited Warrenty

Lifetime Limited Warrenty includes replacement parts at NO CHARGE. A fee of $80.00 will be charged for labor. This price excludes shipping and handling costs.

Replacement parts are available for purchase if YOU want to make your own repairs. Call our customer service number at (602) 770-9013 for replacement parts and cost.

Machines that are purchased by a Retailer are final with no returns.

The CigFactory does not provide refunds on machines purchased from a retail store. The CigFactory will repair a machine FREE OF CHARGE within 30 days of purchase from a retail store. The customer must provide the CigFactory an original receipt showing date of purchase.

To receive a refund for online purchase, the MackRoller™ must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition, in original box and packaging. Any variance from these conditions will result in forfeiture of your refund.

Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.
MackRoller rolling staion is not refundable, repairs if needed are good for 30 days from shipping date.

Upgraded machines are not refundable, but carry 30 day repair gaurentee.

The CigFactory does not do chargebacks, all refunds are made with company check.
Refunds are only offered on MackRoller Machine only.

Customers have 7 days to return merchandise to CigFactory once an RMA number has been issued.

All on-line credit card transactions are processed through a SECURE and Encrypted site at Bank Of America. AWS/CigFactory will not sell, distribute, or provide ANY customer information to anyone regarding purchases, buying habits, or demographics. All information that you provide is secure and confidential.

Credit card fraud is a serious offense. If you are attempting to use a stolen or unauthorized credit card or engage in other bogus activities, don't do it here. Control measures have been initiated to protect the CigFactory, and this sort of behavior will be reported to the proper authorities.

All Packages to the Continental US are shipped USPS Priority Mail

All Packages to Alaska, Hawaii, and Overseas incur additional charges, and customers will be contacted and informed of extra charges before the order is Billed.

Overseas shipping charges are non-refundable
